Marshaling for Ballinrobe 2 day

Western Lakes CC are the promoters of the Ballinrobe 2 day cycle race, its the biggest cycle race in Connacht for the past 5 years and that is all due to the commitment of all the club members  making it a sucess.

The WLCC racing team has always been competitive in the event as well which makes for good local interest.

As always an event of this nature cannot work without help and we need YOUR help this weekend.
We have 35 marshaling points, 8 car driver needed plus the general duties that go with the race.

If you can help in any way on either Saturday, Sunday morning and again on Sunday afternoon as we have 3 races going ahead on Sunday.

Saturday 11th August stage starts at 3pm with sign on open from 12noon. The stage starts in Ballinrobe around Lough mask and then on to Ail duil, Maam, Cornmona, Cong, Drigeen finishing on the Clonbur Rd near Corrib oil. finish approx 5.15pm

Sunday 12th Time Trial starts at 9am Kilmaine , will be setting up from 8am.

Sunday afternoon Stage 2 b starts at 1pm, takes in The Neale, Kilmaine back to Ballinrobe Through the Cornmarket by 4 times, finish at 3.15pm Cornmarket.

A4 race for Club racers.3x30k total 60k
Any club racer can race in this event providing they take out a one day licence (€10) same route as Stage 2 b.

Remember all racers those of you entered in the 2 day just must find a marshal to replace yourself.
