Results from Club league Rd 1 hill climb
Western/ Covey league Hill climb
Round 1 saw 43 riders battle up the tough hill climb of Lally's mountain Tourmakeady, with conditions cold and breezy times were generally good.
For most participants it was their first time battling up hill against the watch leaving many caught for breath at the summit.
The ras squad showed they have been putting in the hard efforts by setting the 4 fastest times of the evening.
Round 2 is a 10 mile Time Trial, sign on from 5.30pm at the cycling centre, first away at 6.30pm.
Remember to bring race number and be on time for sign on.
